How to find your
student accommodation

Students at Dalarna University or PlaygroundSquad can apply for our student accommodations.

First, carefully read through our rental rules. If you are a high school student, we kindly ask you to apply for our ordinary apartments. (This demands that the person who rents is over 18 years old, preferably a parent or a legal guardian).

1. Get registered

• Fill in your personal information in the form below to register in our student queue.
• If you already have your notification of selection result, you can enclose it when you register. If not, you can upload it when you are ready to apply for accommodation.
  
• When we have received your complete application, we will send your log-in information.
• You are now registered in our student accommodation queue and will receive 1 point each day.

2. Apply for our available accommodations

• Before applying for our available accommodations, make sure you have uploaded your notification of selection result.
• You can apply for, and get an offer on, a maximum of three apartments at the same time.
• Those three with the most queue points will receive an offer for the applied apartment.
• Remember to always answer yes or no to the offers you receive.
• You can say yes to more than one offer, and it will not affect your queue points. Your points are reset only when you confirm your housing agreement.

If there are several persons applying for the same apartment, we contact the person in the queue with the most points first. If that person turns down the offer, we’ll contact the next person with the second most points in the queue, and so on.

3. Confirm your agreement

• Sign your housing agreement as soon as you get a confirmation through email. To sign, you log in to your account (My pages) and sign there.
  

4. Get your keys

You will get information through email regarding key collection when we offer you an agreement. The routines differ between our different properties.
