Deposit

We hope your studies have gone well and that you have enjoyed your time in Falun. Before moving out, please make sure that you have booked an inspection of your apartment. If you have not yet booked an inspection, please contact us at student@kopparstaden.se.

If your inspection has already been completed and you would like to receive your deposit refund, please submit your bank details using the form below. The deposit will be refunded according to the signed inspection report. Please note that the refund process can take up to two weeks.

Verify Your Bank Details Before Submission

Please double-check your bank details through your online banking service before submitting them to us. If the bank details provided are incorrect, the bank will reject the transaction and a return fee may be charged. If a return fee is incurred due to incorrect bank details, it will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. As the payment recipient, you are responsible for ensuring that all bank details provided are accurate.
